Some clients prefer to control their own hosting account, so we have arranged that all aHostingCompany.net web hosting accounts have their own control panel to directly access their account. Through an online browser based interface the site owner may manage their hosting, email, and database configuration. As the site owner you may set email mailbox quotas, control email account configuration, easily monitor web traffic and storage, FTP access, and much much more. The interface is quite simple to use - even for inexperienced users. But should you need assistance we also provide additional consultation and support as needed.

FULL FTP CONTROL 24/7
Many clients hire us to manage thier website and domain for them. However we provide full FTP access to all our hosting clients (upon request). If you feel you are capable or want to take on the responsiblity of manging your site yourself than we can provide you with free 24/7 FTP access. Note however: if you did hire KReed Designs Services, Inc. to develop your site or any portion of your site our guarantee is based on the 1st 30 days of having that code approved, and by having the code live in a protected environment. As soon as you or any 3rd party has access any portion of our code, we consider the code unprotected. If you or any 3rd party you give access to accidently messes up code you hired us to develop for you, we would be glad to fix this for you at our standard support rates, however if the code is in a protected environment than we would fix the code for the 1st 30 days at no charge.

DATA BACKUP PLANS
We offer backup services to our clients, if you would like your data to be backed up we can provide you with FTP access so you can backup your website files, and we can provide you with domain control panel access so you can access your database as well. We can also take care of your backups for you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Rates depend on the amount of storage you require, and how often we backup your data.
